✶ Order Flowers Online – We will match all flowers as closely as possible, using the photo as a guide. However, due to seasonal unavailability, we will substitute with a flower of equal value or more. To avoid disappointments, please pre-order at least 3 days prior to the flowers delivery date.
✶ 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed in all flowers ordered online. If care of flowers are carried out as instructed, and the flowers still wilted within one day, please send us a photo. We do not replace flowers without an available photo to show the condition of the flowers. We are happy to replace one free of charge, on the condition that the previous flowers are available for replacement.
✶ Online Flower Delivery – 6 Days a week same day flower deliveries for flower orders before 2pm. We can arrange for Sunday flower deliveries on special occasions and by special request.
✶ Order Flowers – Order Flowers Online or send your order text message to +61 402 240235 Anytime. Alternatively, Call our Customer Service Representative 7am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday, Specific Time Delivery, Express, and VIP deliveries incur an extra charge – please ask our Customer Service Representative for the extra cost, depending on the distance.
✶ If the address is wrongly supplied, a redelivery of $30 applies. If the flowers require replacement because of wrong address, we will charge your card with the full amount again. If no one is home, flowers will be left outside the front door.
✶ Under circumstances, when the courier think that the flowers cannot be left outside the house because of insufficient weatherproofing or shade, he will bring the flowers back to us for redelivery at another time. We will contact you to let you know about this. This will incur $15.
✶ If a replacement is required as a result, a full payment will be charged on your card. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the delivery date, a 30% of the total payment will be charged to your card plus $15 administrative fee.
