Terms of Purchase

1. Delivery Charges from $17.60 per item for Melbourne Metropolitan addresses. Please order before 2pm for same day delivery. Outer Melbourne with a border of Williamstown, Coburg, Ivanhoe, Diamond Creek, Wonga Park, Rowville, Cheltenham, East St Kilda $38.50. Out of this Border in Greater Melbourne from $95.50. Request for early delivery before 11am or late orders after 2pm for same day delivery, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday is from $38.50.

2. Redelivery because of wrong given address is $33 extra. On hot summer days, as a result of wrong address, or our courier person deemed that placement of flowers outside the door without proper shade will be detrimental to the lasting quality of the flowers, the flowers will be brought back to our shop. This will cost an extra charge of 50% of flower value for refreshment and additional delivery charge for redelivery.

3. There is no refund for change of mind or whatever the reason for cancellation of your phone or website orders with 24 hours of flower delivery. If the scheduled delivery is more than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $50 administrative fee incurs per transaction. The balance of the purchase value will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit once we have received a photo of your Driver’s License.

4. Please inform if the address is a business, apartment or any special request, for example, leaving flowers at the front or back door. For business, schools or hospitals addresses, a courier will leave flowers at reception/nurse station for the recipient.

6. All flowers ordered depends on availability on the day unless ordered in. We reserves the right to change the Colour and shape of pot/vase/posy box may vary. The overall optimal artistic presentation of the flower arrangements will be maintained at all times.

7. Prices may vary due to seasonal changes including Valentine’s day, Fathers day, Mothers day, Christmas and Public Holidays, in the shop and online on the website. We maintain a high standard of delivery and floral presentation at each and every order. Pre-order preferred for all items or before 2pm for same day delivery. Rainbow Roses, Blue Roses, Tulips and Peony Roses require pre-ordering.
