FAQ

✶ How do I know if you have received my order?
An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order.

✶ Do you have a gift reminder service?
Yes, on the order form there is a button to register for gift reminder service or inform our Call Representative when you order over the telephone +61 402 230 235.

✶ What if there is no one home to receive the flowers?
Flowers will be left at the front door or a shaded spot. If the front door is not sheltered from the elements, the courier will bring the flowers back to the shop for redelivery at another arranged time with you or the recipient. An additional charge of 50% of the flower value ordered for refreshing flowers and additional delivery charge.

✶ Will the flowers be delivered on time to business addresses?
Yes, flowers to business, and schools will be delivered by 5pm and 3:30pm respectively. Specific Time delivery charge will be $27.50 within 5km of shop.

✶ What happens if I supply a wrong address?
Flowers returned to shop and redeliver to the right address will incur an extra charge of the same amount. We will duly contact and inform you once this happens.

✶ Are website credit card payments secure?
Yes, using the online feature of SSL, for Encryption Technology, an industry standard for secure online purchases by all credit card payments.

✶ Can I make changes after the order has been processed?
Usually, changes are possible before 12pm, minimum one day/24hours before the scheduled delivery date. There is no changes or cancellations for orders already prepared or being delivered. You may be charged additional fees or charges depending on your changes.

✶ Are the flowers delivered yet?
Please call us the next day as by then, we will know if the courier has done so.

✶ Do you sell a gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers.

✶ What if I have to cancel the order?
There is no cancellation for an order that is already prepared or being delivered and within 24 hours of the delivery date.

✶ Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, we deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays. Especially on occasions on Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Sunday Wedding Flowers, Set Up and Clean Up.
