✶ How do I know if you have received my order?
An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order.

✶ Does Sophia Flowers also open for after hours flowers pick up in Templestowe?
Yes, Click and Collect works best,  so we have the luxury of time to create designer floral arrangement for you.  Text+61 402240235 tu order 24/7. And mention a time for flowers pick up/delivery.

✶ What if there is no one home to receive the flowers delivered?
Flowers will be left at the front door or a shaded spot. If the front door is not sheltered from the elements, the courier will bring the flowers back to the shop for redelivery at another arranged time with you or the recipient. An additional charge of 50% of the flower value ordered for refreshing flowers and additional delivery charge.

✶ Will the flowers be delivered on time to business addresses?
Yes, flowers to business, and schools will be delivered by 5pm and 3:30pm respectively. Specific Time/VIP delivery/ charge will be $38.50 within 5km of shop.

✶  Does Sophia Flowers allow store pick up? Yes absolutely.  We love to see you at the shop.  Come and see what we have for you.  Prior to arrival the day before,  let us know any specific flowers or colour or occasion that you require the flowers for – let us surprise you with the best and freshest flowers.

✶ Are website credit card payments secure?
Yes, using the online feature of SSL, for Encryption Technology, an industry standard for secure online purchases by all credit card payments.

✶ Is Sophia Flowers a floral designer? ✶ Do you do same day delivery in Templestowe or Doncaster or in Melbournein general?
Yes, we do.  Fill in the date and time of delivery,  and the appropriate delivery charge so we can deliver accordingly.

✶ Is Sophia Flowers a wedding florist and go all over Melbourne to set up wedding reception flower decorations? Yes, we do a lot of Yarra valley weddings,, special events,  birthdays,  funerals and more.

✶ Is Sophia Flowers lgbtq+ friendly? Yes. We love seeing and chatting with all our customers irrespective of genders, race or religion.

✶ Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, we deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays. Especially on occasions on Mothers Day, Valentines Day or Sundays. We are Wedding Florist, so we do bridal party bouquets, buttonholes, hair, cake, flowers and much more.  We Bump In for flower decorations  at wedding receptions and Bump out after wedding finishes, even on Sundays.

*Do you have rainbow,  blue, black, gold,  everlasting roses, hydrangeas etc? Yes, prior orders required to ensure we have the coloured roses/preserved dried flowers for you

*Do you do gift hampers for all occasions? Yes. Let us know what you like so we can custom pack gift hampers.

*Do you do funeral Wreaths and write Chinese words,  do flower letters for Greek funerals and deliver to funeral service at Funeral Parlours. Church or cemeteries? Yes, we are funeral florist and we also supply Chinese handwriting, wreath tripod/ flower stand and make any shape and colour for memorial celebrations at funerals.
