Customer Service Policy

Sophia Kueh Flowers is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.

1. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Prices may vary due to seasonal changes including Valentines day, Fathers day, Mothers day, Christmas and Public Holidays.

2. However, due to seasonal changes, some flowers may not be available. If particular flowers are unavailable, we will replace the flowers with another flower of equal value. All Flowers ordered depends on availability on the day unless ordered in advance. Colour and shape of pot/vase/posy box may vary.

3. The overall optimal artistic presentation of the flower arrangements will be maintained at all times.
4. All flowers ordered before 2pm will be delivered on the same day by 7pm.  There is no specific time delivery on Valentine’s and Mother’s day.

5. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
